Digital Induction Stirring & Granulation Furnace
Delmer's Digital Induction Stirring & Granulation Furnace combines induction melting, digital induction pulsation stirring and controlled bottom-pour granulation in one industrial system for gold, silver, copper, brass and compatible alloys.
The digital induction pulsation function provides controlled electromagnetic stirring of molten metal. This promotes improved circulation and homogenisation of the molten bath, helping achieve more uniform mixing of metals and alloys before granulation. Stirring intensity and operating parameters can be controlled according to the selected configuration and process requirement.
Key Feature: Digital Induction Pulsation Stirring
Digital Induction Pulsation Stirring for Metal & Alloy Homogenisation
Unlike a furnace used only for heating and melting, the Delmer system incorporates digitally controlled induction pulsation to stir the molten bath. The electromagnetic stirring action helps distribute alloying elements and temperature more uniformly throughout the molten metal, supporting a more homogeneous melt before bottom pouring and granulation.
- Digital control of induction pulsation for stirring
- Improved circulation within the molten bath
- Supports homogenisation of metals and alloys
- Helps improve temperature uniformity within the melt
- Useful for gold, silver, copper, brass and alloy preparation
- Stirring can be applied before controlled bottom pouring and granulation

How the Process Works
- Charge loading: The selected metal or alloy charge is loaded into the crucible.
- Induction melting: Induction heating brings the charge to the required molten condition.
- Digital pulsation stirring: Controlled electromagnetic stirring circulates the molten bath to support temperature and alloy homogenisation.
- Temperature control: The melt temperature is monitored using the configured temperature measurement system.
- Bottom pouring: The homogenised molten metal is discharged through the controlled bottom-pour granulation system.
- Cooling and collection: The metal solidifies into granules which are collected for further processing.
