Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (Such as Liquid (Acid Detergent, Alkaline Cleaner )and Powder (FCR Enhancing Powder, Mineral Mixture Powder ) ), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges(IF Applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds(IF Applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy International Shipments:

Refunds are issued for eligible items within 7 working days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support with your order number and details of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item and credited to the customer's bank account.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

RETURNS(IF Applicable)/strong>

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging .


To return an item, please email customer service at sales@delmer in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS(IF Applicable)

After receiving your return and Inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least forty-five (45) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable Goods(Such as Liquid and Powder)
  • Pharma Goods
  • Veterinary Goods
