This system replaces outdated torch brazing with a modern, precise, and highly efficient induction brazing process, ensuring consistent quality, improved safety, and superior productivity.
By mounting the induction coil directly on the robotic arm, the system achieves accurate and repeatable heating for multiple joints in a single cycle. The precise application of controlled heat at the exact location required guarantees uniform brazing quality for high-volume manufacturing.

The DELSOLO DRGN 24 automated brazing system is engineered for precision, consistency, and repeatability across multiple joints in predefined positions.
- Pre-assembly with brazing rings: Brazing alloy rings are typically placed on the joints before heating.
- The robotic arm with integrated induction coil follows a pre-programmed sequence, moving to each joint and applying power for an exact duration, ensuring uniform heat application and reliable brazing results.
- Optional wire feeding system: Instead of pre-formed rings, the system can automatically feed brazing alloy wire to the joint during heating.
The system adapts to various production speeds and assembly configurations. For advanced automation, an optional vision system detects different assemblies and dynamically adjusts coil positioning for perfect alignment.
