  • Robust Mixing Tub Construction:
    Crafted from S355 steel, the mixing tub features 8 mm thick walls and a bottom thickness ranging from 15 to 20 mm. An integrated containment ring prevents spillage, and an inspection ladder facilitates easy monitoring of the mixing process.
  • Efficient Vertical Mixing System:
    Equipped with up to three vertical augers, the Delmer PF ensures rapid and uniform mixing, preserving the nutritional integrity of the feed.
  • Precise Weighing Mechanism: 
    A four-sensor electronic weighing system provides accurate measurements, aiding in consistent feed rations and optimal animal nutrition.
  • Versatile Discharge Options:
    The front-mounted unloading system features a wide, honeycombed door for rapid product flow. Discharge belts, 900 mm wide, can be positioned in various configurations, including bilateral, direct with chute, sliding bilateral, and with hydraulic extension, to suit specific feeding setups. 
  • Advanced Control Panel: 
    An intuitive control panel allows operators to manage all functions safely and efficiently. Depending on operational needs, the mixer can be equipped with a two-speed mechanical gearbox to optimize power consumption.
  • Powerful Electric Motors:
    The mixing augers are driven by robust planetary gear reducers connected to electric motors, with functions managed and regulated via the control panel. Various motor options are available to meet different performance and energy consumption requirements.
