Key Features:

Electric Powertrain: Equipped with a 91.3 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery, the mixer wagon provides sufficient autonomy for up to four feed mixes. The battery can be recharged in approximately 2 to 4 hours using the Universal Charge system, compatible with both 220V single-phase and 400V three-phase power sources.
Efficient Mixing: The unique geometry of the mixing tub, combined with a specially designed auger profile, ensures rapid preparation of homogeneous mixtures while preserving the nutritional quality of the feed. The system offers eight mixing speeds to adapt to various recipes, and a "Cleaning" function facilitates complete discharge of the mix.
Advanced Loading System: A powerful 2000 mm wide milling cutter, driven by a 45 kW electric motor, allows for autonomous loading of feed components. The design ensures efficient flow into the loading channel while maintaining the integrity of silage materials.
Enhanced Traction and Stability: A 51 kW electric motor powers all four wheels, providing excellent traction and stability across various terrains. Features like oil-bath disc brakes and limited-slip axles further enhance off-road capabilities.
Operator Comfort and Control: The spacious cab is designed for maximum comfort and visibility, featuring a 10-inch touchscreen display that provides real-time data on machine functions and feed analysis. Ergonomic controls, including an electro-proportional joystick and intuitive keypads, ensure ease of operation.
Smart Farm Integration: The mixer wagon integrates with Delmer's smart farming telematics system, enabling remote monitoring and management. An AI-based application assists in herd management by providing optimal feeding recommendations, enhancing overall farm productivity.
