The High-Volume Low-Speed maxi-fan allows much better air movement in comparison with conventional high-speed ceiling or industrial floor fans which are often unpleasant and disruptive. Conventional High-speed fans are expensive to operate but they can’t distribute air to keep desired temperatures from floor to ceiling.
In summer, air from a fan gently passes over to keep a cooler more comfortable, and productive environment. In winter, the same fan pushes air from the ceiling down to the floor to keep a warmer environment.

Two categories can be used to categorize the latest generation of static induction furnaces: iD Plus and iD .The iD series incorporates a straightforward digital thermostat that lets you set the metal melting temperature and view the actual one.
The iD Plus series has a touch screen panel that enables the user to choose from a variety of parameters, including various ways to read temperatures, including a standard "K" thermocouple at the bottom of the crucible, thermocouples that are externally mounted (either "S" or "K"), or an optical pyrometer.
These are an option that may be used. The latest generation circuit has power and control equipped with SMD technology, which could achieve more profitable and faster duty cycles than previous systems, where the crucible wore out. New is the single-phase 230 V power supply of the ST123 model, whose special feature is the possibility of using 1kg, 2kg and 3kg crucibles, without disturbing the parameters of the oven.
An interesting option is the machine-aligned casting vacuum, which allows you to make a wax stand right next to the oven.

Benefits of Induction Melting Furnace |
|
Delmer Offers |
|
An induction melting furnace is an electrical furnace that heats charge via induction of electric current without contact. Generally, this involves a cylindrical copper coil thru which alternating current (high frequency) passes, creating a reversing magnetic field. The induced circular current (eddy current) within the charge produces the heating via ohmic/joule's heating. Hysteric heating (energy created by alternating magnetic field) occurs only in magnetic materials, up to the curie temp; after this, properties are lost. Skin effect dictates depth of penetration, inversely proportional to frequency. Delmer offers user-friendly design/operation, customization, frequency adjustment, smooth/noiseless operations, Italian-grade quality, current variation for temp., & low melt time.

A INDUCTION MELTING FURNACE IS WHAT?
An electrical furnace called an induction melting furnace heats a charge by inducing an electric current within it, without having direct contact with the induction coil.
An induction furnace is made up of water-cooled hollow copper tubes that can be assembled in various configurations depending on the application; the melting industry often uses copper coils that are cylindrical in shape. According to the Lenz law, a reversing magnetic field is produced when a high-frequency alternating current is fed through this copper coil. Any conductor (charge to be melted) placed in this magnetic field induces an internal circular current known as an Eddy Current. The primary coil and secondary coil are the two coils that make up an induction generator.
The primary coil absorbs current at high voltage, low ampere, and set frequency. The secondary coil changes this current into low voltage, high ampere, and high-frequency current, which is then supplied to the copper coil mentioned in the preceding sentence.
HOW DOES INDUCTION-BASED HEATING OCCUR?
Induction furnace heating is caused by two main factors, namely
Due to the charge's resistivity to the induced electric current, eddy current heating causes ohmic heating or joule heating.
Hysteric Heating: The alternating magnetic field produced by the coil changes the magnetic polarity of the charge, which results in heating (energy) within the charge.

MELTING Furnace iD series tilting The components of the static tilting furnaces are a swivel head on which the heating inductor is mounted and two flexible copper water-cooled cables connecting it to the MF induction.
The solid aluminum frame holding the medium frequency induction circuit with fast melting speed is surrounded by powder-coated panels.
The rotation is on two points by a motor acting on a tree where they placed two pulleys, and the swivel head is constructed of panels made of aluminum plates and Sindanio asbestos-free panels mounted on a stable base.
All of this is managed by a rollover and emergency control panel.
