The "Vulcano" series includes special machines that make metal shapes. These machines are designed to be easier to maintain and use.
There are two types of these machines: Vulcano 3000-5000 and Vulcano 7/12. The first type can be put on a bench and has a smaller space for melting metal. The second type is placed on the floor and can create larger shapes using a roll holder.
You can control the machine using a keypad with numbers on it. To get inside the machine, there's a frame and a moving panel that can be opened. This makes it simple to fix and clean the machine.
The machine uses a special motor to shape the metal. This motor is cooled down and works with the metal-shaping part of the machine. The machine is covered with a removable cover. This cover can be taken off easily to quickly reach the inside parts that need to be replaced or fixed.
There's a cooling system that helps the machine work better. The design of the machine also includes a way to protect it from gases. The most important part of the machine is the middle frequency system, which was created by the Technical Opdel Department.
The machine comes with a control panel that has buttons and a display. It heats up metal using electricity, and the way it pulls and shapes the metal can be adjusted. It also has a system to protect it from gases. The machine can be cooled down using water.
If you want extra features, you can get things like gas protection, support, a cabinet to hold things, and tools like a saw or a shear. If you choose the Vulcano 7/12 machine, you need to order a water tank to cool it down quickly.
The machine can work at a maximum temperature of 1400 degrees Celsius.
