Delmer Circular Vibratory Finishing Machine
The Delmer Circular Vibratory Finishing Machine is designed for wet mass-finishing processes such as roughing, deburring, surface smoothing and polishing. It is suitable for jewellery pieces and ferrous metal components, including stainless steel, when paired with appropriate finishing media and process compounds.
An adjustable-mass vibrator transfers motion to the polyurethane-lined tank. The combined centrifugal, helical and vibratory movement circulates components, water and abrasive media to support consistent surface finishing across batches.
