Bulk Milk Cooler 2000 Litres: 

Bulk Milk Cooler 2000 Litres model direct expansion cooling tank (Open Type Horizontal/Semi Cylindrical Shape) capacity 2000 Litres has large opening lids for easy access and rounded internal corners, to facilitate thorough cleaning. 

Tank insulation is provided by factoryinjected polyurethane foam of 50 mm.The integral condensing unit is Hermetic Type with R22 refrigerant

Function: The Bulk Cooling Unit will be used to cool raw milk from the ambient temperature of 35° to 4° C within the specified time as laid down by ISO 5708 Class 2A-II Standards. 

Two Milking design systems have been configured such that the volume of each milking is as under : 
Milking in the Morning – 50% (1000 LTR) 
Milking in the Evening – 50% (1000 LTR) 

Please note that the minimum milk should be 500 LTR for proper functioning(BMC). 

Maximum Cooling Time is : 
First Milking: 3.0 hr. from 35° to 4° Celsius 
Second Milking: 1.5 hr. from 10° to 4° Celsius 

Features: 
A) Milk Cooling Tank 
Open design with a spring assisted hinged lid to be provided for easy access forcleaning and visual inspection. The tank will feature a cylindrical design, incorporatingacondensing unit positioned beneath it. It will consist of a double shell made of AISI 304stainless steel, finished to a special ground texture of 150 grit. The tank's base will  be equipped with a dimple evaporator, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel utilizing laser welding techniques. The inner shell will have a thickness of 2 mm, while the outer shell will measure 1.5 mm. Insulation will be provided by CFC-free injected polyurethane foam, with a minimum density of 40 kg/m³, ensuring no imperfections or hygroscopic properties,and a thickness of 50 mm by ISO 5708 Class 2A-II. Included accessories will consist of an agitator and an outlet. 

B) Refrigeration System 
Mounted on a skid comprising of the following: 
Hermetically sealed compressor complete with drive motor Air-cooled, screenprotected compact condenser unit comprising finned condenser coils in several rows. A single assembly of evaporating coils was affixed to the interior of the tank and integrated into a suitably sized channeling plate. The unit is provided fully equipped with an initial charge of environmentally friendly refrigerant and lubrication oil. 

Onset Refrigeration system controls field mounted comprising of a solenoid valve,L.P/ H.P. cutout, and sensor for digital temperature indicators. 

C) Control Panel 
The refrigeration control panel, along with the milk tank control panel,will beconstructed from 1.2 mm thick AISI304 stainless steel. It will feature a temperature display andcontrol interface, complete with a switch for on/off functionality. The control panel is designed for mounted installation and is pre-wired for terminal connections.
