SISTEMA DI SELEZIONE E PESATURA:

La tecnologia di Delmer consente ai dipendenti dell'azienda agricola di valutare i benefici in termini di utilità o trattamento e di assegnarli automaticamente a una delle molteplici aree progettate quando sono stati fuori o in movimento. Il cancello di smistamento può anche includere un sistema di caricamento dati e di pesatura automatica. Il sistema di smistamento automatizzato delle mucche riduce la manodopera separando automaticamente le mucche preselezionate per il trattamento programmato.

I nostri forni di ricottura sono costruiti con pannelli con alette per il ricambio d'aria e telaio tubolare. Gli interventi di manutenzione generale sono più facili con un sistema tubolare.

Le muffole riscaldanti sono realizzate con resistenze e pannelli isolanti refrattari unici ad alta efficienza termica. Forti sbalzi di temperatura possono essere resistiti grazie a speciali camere di riscaldamento in acciaio inossidabile .

Il gas di protezione entra nella camera attraverso gli ugelli. Il processo di disossidazione è migliorato da un bruciatore posto davanti alla camera per impedire l'ingresso di ossigeno. All'interno c'è una pala in acciaio inossidabile.

Durante la ricottura del metallo, è sufficiente spingere la paletta sul fondo della camera di raffreddamento e lasciarla cadere nella vasca dell'acqua per un raffreddamento istantaneo (o lasciarla nella camera di raffreddamento a raffreddarsi, impiegando un po' di tempo). Il materiale trattato dalla vasca viene rimosso manualmente o (opzionalmente) con un pistone pneumatico.
