The Delmer Master is a trailed horizontal mixer wagon designed for farms with space constraints and the need for a fully autonomous feeding solution. Equipped with a rear-mounted high-power cutter, it ensures efficient loading of various feed types.

Key Features:

  • Robust Mixing Tub Construction:
    Constructed from S355 steel, the mixing tub features 10 mm thick walls and a 10 mm thick bottom (optional 8 mm stainless steel). An inspection ladder allows for easy monitoring of the mixing process.
  • Advanced Auger System:
    The Master series is equipped with three horizontal augers: a central cutting auger with self-sharpening blades capable of processing fibrous materials up to 60–70 mm in diameter, and two upper augers for thorough mixing. The upper augers rotate counterclockwise, with an option for counter-rotating configuration. Each upper auger has a thickness of 10 mm, and the auger gearbox has a ratio of 1:38.
  • Efficient Rear Cutter:
    The hydraulic rear cutter has a width of 1,700 mm and an external diameter of 600 mm. Its spiral design with multiple knives allows for quick loading of silage into the mixing tub, with dual rotation directions to prevent material spillage.
  • Precise Weighing System:
    An electronic weighing system with three sensors ensures accurate measurement of feed components, aiding in maintaining consistent feed rations.
  • User-Friendly Design:
    Features include a reversible and height-adjustable drawbar, a safety rear door for manual loading, and an axle prepared for a braking system. Standard equipment includes electric controls, with an option for electronic controls, and a pump multiplier AC70.
  • Optimized Discharge System:
    The discharge is located on the front right side, featuring a wide door and a chain conveyor belt for efficient feed distribution.
