DELMER GT Granulation Tank – Professional Gold, Silver & Copper Water Granulation
The DELMER GT Granulation Tank is an industrial water-granulation system designed to convert molten gold, silver and copper into manageable granules after melting or casting. It combines a stainless-steel process tank, controlled water circulation, temperature monitoring, removable granule collection and provision for external cooling.
Available in 12 KG, 24 KG and 36 KG batch capacities, the range allows jewellery manufacturers, precious-metal refineries, bullion processors and industrial metal users to select the appropriate production capacity without changing the basic process principle.

Why Use Water Granulation?
Water granulation rapidly quenches a controlled stream of molten metal, producing smaller pieces that are easier to handle, weigh, melt, alloy and feed into subsequent processing. The process is particularly useful where repeatable batch handling and efficient downstream melting are important.

24 KG and 36 KG Systems
The GT-24 and GT-36 are capacity-scaled versions of the same Delmer granulation concept. Their tank volume, circulation arrangement, collection basket and cooling requirements are engineered according to the selected batch capacity and production duty. Exact dimensions, pump selection and chiller sizing are confirmed during technical quotation to match the customer's metal, melt temperature, batch frequency and desired granule characteristics.
