The DELMER GT Granulation Tank is an industrial water-granulation system designed to convert molten gold, silver and copper into manageable granules after melting or casting. It combines a stainless-steel process tank, controlled water circulation, temperature monitoring, removable granule collection and provision for external cooling.

Available in 12 KG, 24 KG and 36 KG batch capacities, the range allows jewellery manufacturers, precious-metal refineries, bullion processors and industrial metal users to select the appropriate production capacity without changing the basic process principle.

Why Use Water Granulation?

THIS SYSTEM REFINES 15 TO 120 KG OF COMMERCIAL SILVER (99.9%) IN 24 HOURS.
The modular system can be expanded at any time. One cell for approx. 15 kg of fine silver consists of the following ingredients:

275 l PP electrolytic cell for up to 10 anodes, each weighing 8 kg.
Polished stainless steel cathode

The system does not require any special maintenance and can operate continuously. The silver to be treated must be melted into the anode, then suspended in the anode holder. Silver purity should not be less than 70%.
