The modular system can be expanded at any time. One cell for approx. 15 kg of fine silver consists of the following ingredients:

275 l PP electrolytic cell for up to 10 anodes, each weighing 8 kg.
Polished stainless steel cathode
acid resistant fibre filter cloth
Training with scrapers
The system does not require any special maintenance and can operate continuously. The silver to be treated must be melted into the anode, then suspended in the anode holder. Silver purity should not be less than 70%.

Our Gold refining plant is designed to process gold alloys ranging from 300 grams to 1 kilogram. With this advanced system, you can achieve 99.99% pure gold (Au) in a single-step refining process, completed within a 5 to 8-hour production cycle—from grain preparation to the final pure gold ingot. The refining is carried out using the renowned Aqua Regia method, which involves dissolving the initial gold alloy in a precisely balanced mix of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and nitric acid (HNO₃).

The production of pure gold powder is achieved through a refining method specially developed by Delmer Group, ensuring exceptional purity in the final product. This process is carried out with a strong commitment to environmental safety, effectively minimizing harmful emissions. The system features a mono-block bearing structure, constructed entirely from high-quality polypropylene (PP), ensuring durability and chemical resistance throughout the refining process.

The process takes place inside a work tank which is placed strictly under the hood and under suction, housed also on the upper floor of the building structure. This will allow, with some modifications, to discharge the liquid of the saturated solutions, inside the crystallization system, which will be placed under them and therefore on the lower level. This crystallizer is wheeled and equipped with a Buckner filter for collecting gold salt.

The work tank will also be equipped with a movable lid, with tilting opening and connected separately to a reflux head in glass, for the condensation of the produced vapors, which will consequently be directed inside the tank to which they are bound. This system avoids decreases in volume in the tank and therefore negative variations in the concentration of the salt in solution, thus automatically guaranteeing the right final title.

Downstream of the process, a liquid treatment system is envisaged for immediate recovery of the residual gold.
