Delmer manufactures state-of-the-art scrapers using high-quality galvanized metal entirely in-house. Equipped with either nylon or steel wire rope, these scrapers facilitate efficient stable cleaning while ensuring the safety of personnel working in the shed.
The cutting-edge software is housed in an electronic panel that triggers an alarm in case of any malfunctions or hazards, prioritizing safety. The installation process is straightforward, with user-friendly interfaces and low power consumption, capped at a mere 0.76 KW.
These computer-controlled scrapers are programmable for up to 24 departures a day, requiring minimal maintenance.
KEY ADVANTAGES OVER CONVENTIONAL SCRAPERS:
- Swift Cleaning: The scraper's to-and-fro movements, occurring up to once an hour, result in a fast and thorough dry clean alley. This significantly reduces maintenance costs compared to conventional methods.

- The Delmer scraper is versatile and can be installed for both single and dual lanes. The motor unit, initially designed for 380 V / 50 Hz, can be easily modified to operate at 220 V (three-phase), enhancing adaptability.
Traction Options:
- Nylon Braided Rope: High-tenacity Ø 18 mm for special applications.
- Galvanized Steel Wire Rope: Ø 10 mm for robust traction needs.
