DELMER ETNA Series — Continuous Casting Machines for Precious Metals

Inspired by Mount Etna in Sicily, one of the world's most active volcanoes, the DELMER ETNA Series represents endurance, engineering strength and the controlled transformation of molten metal. The volcano is a source of brand inspiration; the machine uses electric induction heating and an engineered continuous-casting process.

The DELMER ETNA cD series is designed for manufacturers producing continuous rods, wires, strips, tubes and other compatible profiles from gold, silver, copper and suitable non-ferrous alloys. Select the configuration according to alloy, required profile geometry, production volume and downstream processing.

ETNA cD Series — Key Features

Electric induction heating with inert-gas protection.
Adjustable pulling system with towing wheels and guide rollers.
Cooling arrangement for the die and profile, with configuration-dependent options.
Optional accessories may include a tilting charging head, saw or shear, and profile cooling equipment.
